Rhino Pumps is headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and expanding rapidly across the Western United States. We are looking for a high-performing Solutions Sales Engineer to join our Utah market.

What You’ll Do:
As a Solutions Sales Engineer, you will own your territory and drive growth through both technical expertise and relationship development:
- Identify and develop new business within municipal and industrial markets
- Build and maintain relationships with engineers, operators, and procurement teams
- Conduct on-site visits to assess needs and uncover opportunities
- Design and specify pump solutions tailored to customer applications
- Deliver technical presentations, proposals, and recommendations
- Partner with internal engineering and operations teams to execute projects
- Support customers with product knowledge, troubleshooting, and optimization
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
- Represent Rhino Pumps at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- This role combines technical problem solving with high-level sales execution.
What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required)
- Sales experience preferred (industrial or technical sales a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with high ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Ability to manage a territory, prioritize time, and execute consistently
Compensation:
Let’s keep it simple…
- $140,000+ OTE, based on experience and performance
- Uncapped upside tied directly to results
You will be rewarded for what you produce.
