How to get the right part
Three things get us to a quote.
Send a photo of the nameplate
The manufacturer, model, serial number and size are usually on it. If the plate is gone, photos of the pump and where it sits still help.
Tell us what failed
A leaking seal, a worn impeller, a noisy bearing. If the pump has been apart, photos of the worn parts help a lot.
We find it and quote it
We track down the right part from the manufacturer and tell you when it will be here. If a rebuild makes more sense, we'll say so.

When a rebuild beats a parts order
If a pump keeps wearing out the same part, something about the application is usually causing it. Our shop rebuilds pumps in-house with machining and dynamic balancing, looks at why it failed, and sends it back with an eight-document QA package.
Pump parts questions
Can Rhino Pumps get parts for any pump brand?
In most cases, yes. We work with all pump manufacturers, so send us the nameplate and we'll source the part from the manufacturer. If a part isn't made anymore, we'll look at whether our machine shop can make a replacement or whether a rebuild makes more sense.
What information do I need to order pump parts?
A photo of the nameplate covers most of it: manufacturer, model, serial number and size. Add what failed and, if you know it, the impeller diameter. Photos of the worn parts help too.
Does Rhino Pumps stock mechanical seals and wear parts?
We carry common seals and wear parts and order the rest from the manufacturer. Tell us what you run and we can help you decide which spares to keep on your own shelf.
How long does it take to get pump parts?
It depends on the part and the manufacturer. Common seals and wear parts can move quickly, and large castings take longer. We'll give you a time with the quote.
Should I replace the part or rebuild the pump?
If one part is worn on a pump that's otherwise in good shape, replace the part. If the pump keeps failing, has several worn parts, or has run a long time without a rebuild, a rebuild in our shop is usually the better spend. Every rebuild comes with an eight-document QA package.
Where does Rhino Pumps work?
Utah, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Washington and Colorado. We also take pump repair from Oregon, New Mexico, Wyoming and Montana, and other states case by case.
